I am GRATEFUL for my fears.

My fears are not to be feared

For they are not real

They are False Evidence Appearing Real.

My fears teach me

And knowledge is power.

Fear shows me the cracks that need to be repaired,

Where I’ve been wounded.

Where I have opportunities for growth.

My fears teach me –

How to love myself more,

To be patient with myself.

Patient with others.

To be kinder to strangers

Who have not yet recognized the blessings of their fears.

I bless my fears.

I thank my fears.

I am grateful for my fears.
